Since we are a full service, fine dining restaurant, prior experience in a fine dining restaurant is always beneficial, and in lead or senior positions it is mandatory. Restaurant service is honorable work, and requires skill and critical thinking ability.

Dinner service employees work shifts covering our evening dinner service, including weekends and holidays. Both full and part time positions may be available.

Driving distance to The Duck: Before applying you should consider where we are and where you will be driving from. We are on the east side of the lake on Horseshoe Bend. If you do not know where Horseshoe Bend is, you should consult a map (see Directions for our location). If you are from the west side of the lake (Versailles, Gravois Mills, Laurie, Sunrise Beach, Greenview, etc), or from Camdenton, you are likely to find the drive excessive and you should look for opportunities closer to home. Most of our employees live within reasonable driving range: Eldon, Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, Village of Four Seasons.
