Since we are a full service, fine dining restaurant, prior experience in a fine dining restaurant is always beneficial, and in lead or senior positions it is mandatory.  Restaurant service is honorable work, and requires skill and critical thinking ability.

Dinner service employees work shifts covering our evening dinner service, including weekends and holidays.  Both full and part time positions may be available.
The Duck offers competitive pay, a positive work environment and a company provided Profit Sharing Plan for qualified employees.  Bonus plans may be available for some positions.
